How quickly can i get my order?

You can expect most projects to be completed within a short time frame, typically within 1-2 business days.We understand the importance of timeliness in today's fast-paced world, and we make it our priority to deliver quality outcomes in a timely manner.

Are We a HVAC Maintenance/ installation company?

 

Nope. We focus exclusively on the essential aspects of HVAC design, including load calculation, duct layout, and equipment selection—core components mandated by building codes for any HVAC project. While we don't handle installation or maintenance services, our specialization lies in ensuring that the foundational elements of your HVAC system are meticulously planned and engineered to meet the highest standards of efficiency, comfort, and compliance, before the installation process.  However if you are a homeowner looking for a installation/maintenance company we will be happy to reference you to one.

How do revisions work?

In case of plan updates, we offer free minor revisions to your load calculation, duct layout, or REScheck reports. Just let us know the changes, and we'll adjust them promptly at no extra cost. However if we determine the revision needed is major, we would have to issue a fee based on the severity. e.g, (Major) Overall floor plan layout has been changed and the load calculation, and duct layout needs a revision . e.g, (Minor) Insulation values are being changed.

What is the process?

 

We break down the process into 4 simple steps:

No. 1 - Begin by completing the contact form and requirements found at Contact/Order Request. Upon receiving your submission, our team will promptly review it to assess its suitability for further processing.

No. 2 - Next, we'll issue a payable online Stripe invoice to the email address provided in the previous step. Click for example Invoice

 

No. 3 - After payment, our team will commence work on your requested services. Should we have any inquiries, we'll reach out to you promptly. Expect delivery within 1-2 business days.

No. 4 - After completion, your work will undergo a thorough double-check before issuance. Once finalized, it will be sent to your email as a PDF file.
